  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. For unpaid departmental employees, the minimum qualification is Intermediate (Class 12). Preference will be given to candidates who have served in the Territorial Army for at least 2 years, hold an NCC ‘B’ Certificate, or have worked in the Home Guard organization for a minimum of 3 years. candidates should read the official notification.
